BECOME A SPERM DONOR
To become a sperm donor:
- You must be aged 19 to 35.
- You must undergo a semen analysis to confirm your sperm quality is suitable.
- You must then have a medical examination and undergo infection screening.
- You are invited to donate regularly, but only high-quality samples will be frozen and stored in the sperm bank.
- You may donate at only one institution and are allowed only six live births resulting from your donations.
- Sperm donation is anonymous, and under current law, your identity may not be disclosed to the recipient.
- You will be reimbursed for your time and travel costs, and will not pay for any tests associated with the process.
